It's depressing at that lack of any discussion here in regards to your initiative.

I wish you the best of luck in any progress you can make in this endeavor, however, I can't help but feel you have a long road ahead of you do to the Oklahoma government caring so little about there residents as clearly demonstrated from this report:

I myself suffer from illness's that will affect me for the rest of my life. Because of this, I know all to well the system in place here in Oklahoma.

Medical marijuana would not of course cure me of my problems, but I feel strongly that it would improve my quality of life by helping me deal with the mental and physical issues that I have to endure, which in turn benefit my wife and daughters time with me.

My family is the most important things in my life. I value them above anything to do with myself and therefore refuse to chance any misfortune that may become if I where to use it illegally while a resident in this state. Therefore, we have made a family decision to move to a state that will better support our medical needs as soon as it is economically viable.

It's unfortunate that we must uproot from the place we call home where we where raised as well as parting relatives that also live here.

The grim reality that Oklahoma's position in health care and education, just to name a few, will not be changing probably within my lifetime. However, I can at least make a difference for my daughter by raising her in an environment that will greater serve her growth and be exposed to a more open minded and caring local government.

Again, I wish you the best and hope you can truly make a difference.
